1. Information we receive
- Checkout and order information, such as name, work email, selected product, amount, and payment status.
- Project and intake information you choose to provide, including screenshots, builds, source text, glossary, platform, audience, release timing, and access instructions.
- Communications relating to questions, delivery, clarification, cancellation, or support.
2. Payment processing
Stripe processes payment-card information. STUDIO HEUREKA does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy terms and may process information in countries outside yours.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to confirm and deliver the purchased audit, communicate about scope and timing, maintain transaction and tax records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Project materials are never reused for AI training or unrelated client work. They are not used for a portfolio, public sample, or other marketing unless you give separate written permission for that specific use.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate payment, email, file transfer, hosting, and record-keeping, or when disclosure is legally required. STUDIO HEUREKA does not sell personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
Before confidential files are shared, the access method, retention period, and deletion timing are confirmed in writing. Unless another period is agreed, working project files are deleted within 30 days after final delivery. Transaction, contract, and tax records may be retained for the period required by law.
6. Security
Reasonable access controls and purpose-limited handling are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, private signing keys, or production credentials.
7. Your requests
You may ask what order information is held, request correction, or request deletion where retention is not legally required. Contact STUDIO HEUREKA by replying to the outreach, order-confirmation, or intake email associated with your order or inquiry.
8. Updates
Material updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively expand the use of project materials already received.
